This is an assessment of an individual's capacity to live the life they want and how it is impacted by disability. A functional capacity assessment is used to determine suitable interventions and supports by the NDIS.

Modifications to your home to minimise barriers and make the environment easier to negotiate. Examples include grab rails, ramps and magnetic door catches and smart technology.

Devices or system designs that overcome barriers, and enable greater independence and function. Examples include wheelchairs, adjustable furniture (beds, chairs, stools etc), specialised equipment to overcome barriers associated with disability etc.

Our physiotherapist will visit you in your home, conduct an initial assessment and write a report with treatment plan and recommendations tailored to you. 

Our Physios can treat a wide range of conditions including autonomic nervous system conditions like EDS, POTS and CFS as well as musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Adjustability provides experienced therapists to support your NDIS plan review requirements.

We work collaboratively within our team and with other service providers such as support coordinators, LACs and other external therapists involved in your plan to ensure your plan is appropriate to support your needs.
