
Mark graduated from the University of Sydney – Australia and has over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
During this time, Mark has worked in a variety of settings. After “accidently” falling into an occupational therapy degree, Mark felt an instant connection and over the years has developed a passion for seeing people with improved confidence and capabilities to build independence.
Over the years Mark has gained experience working in a range of practice areas including healthcare management, aged care, complex injury management, community accommodation, seating and postural management, complex home modifications, assistive technology, exploration of sensory preferences, environmental consultation and general life skills support. Mark’s has developed a strong passion for working with people with a holistic client-centred approach.
Mark has spent time developing OT programs both in Australia and internationally – which has given capacity to work both in large organisations and on an individual basis. Mark is particularly passionate about the OT role in community settings and believes that the OT can provide valuable input, strategies and support to maximise independence.
Mark has a particular interest in identifying client strengths and developing therapy strategies to support new skill development and make daily living easier.
When Mark has free time, he enjoys going to the beach and spending time with family.

Tawfiq is a paediatric and adult Occupational Therapist with over 12 years of experience. He is passionate about expanding knowledge and embracing new fields within occupational therapy practise. Recently, Tawfiq became a registered Occupational Therapy Driving Assessor, further broadening his professional scope.
Tawfiq specialises in supporting children with challenges related to emotional regulation, activities of daily living (ADLs), handwriting, sensory processing, and functional skills development. The driving assessor role assists clients with driver readiness, vehicle access, and car modification recommendations to promote safe and independent community mobility. (Please note that Tawfiq is not a driving instructor)
Tawfiq supports clients across various settings- schools, homes, and clinics to help them reach their highest level of independence and functional potential.
He can communicate fluently in both English and Arabic.

Tammy graduated from Uni SA in 2008. Since then she has worked in a variety of settings including workers compensation, motor vehicle accident, income protection insurance, the department of veteran affairs and NDIS.
Tammy has worked with people with various physical, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. She specialises in working with individuals who have intellectual disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and physical disabilities. Tammy enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their goals and increase their capacity to do the things that are important to them, whether that be at home, at work, or in the community.
Tammy is also an avid photographer and she enjoys incorporating photography into Occupational Therapy capacity building services when participants share her passion for photography.
Outside of work Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Tom graduated from a Masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney in 2004 after exploring life in many roles and locations around Australia and overseas. Discovering Occupational Therapy brought all of Tom's previous experience into a single role where it all showed value because occupational therapy is for all people from all life backgrounds.
Tom's history working in large organisations and managing allied health teams was a catalyst to starting Adjustability which offers therapists the flexibility to manage their working day in the way they prefer to accomodate the diversity we all represent.
Tom continues to work as an Occupational Therapist while managing the business and enjoys the relationships developed with all those he meets.
His main therapy passion is for emotional regulation with teenagers and adults. Tom also has experience in assisting people living with neurodiverse conditions; ehlers danlos syndrome (EDS), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and related conditions.
Alongside Adjustability, Tom enjoys yoga, meditation and trips to the outback when time permits.

Vidhya graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2015 from the SRM College of Occupational Therapy in India.
Prior to moving to Australia and gaining AHPRA registration to practise here, Vidhya's journey began in India working with paediatric clients. Vidhya has continued to flourish here in Adelaide where she works with clients from a range of backgrounds including paediatrics (children aged 3-12 years) Mental Health and Aged Care. She is experienced in recommending Assistive Technology (AT) and minor home modifications for her clients.
Vidhya takes a client-centred approach to her work believing it will produce the best results for her clients, as well as their families. She loves the broad scope of work found within OT, and finds great pleasure in working with various client groups to help them achieve their goals and ultimately transform their lives.
Aside from Occupational Therapy, Vidhya is passionate about travelling and spending quality time with her family. Vidhya communicates fluently in bothe English and Hindi.

Manny graduated from SAIT in 1990 and has helped people shape & reclaim their lives in creative ways with 30 years of diverse experience largely across regional / community settings.
Manny pioneered client-centred care for adults and children with severe & profound disability and introduced allied health services to dementia units, culturally diverse and rural/remote communities.
Manny values clients lived experience, provides personalised assessment & relevant advice on how to adapt activity and environments to match strengths and challenges, meeting goals using a broad mix of clinical interventions.
His expertise lies in manual handling, functional mobility and access, pressure injury management/prevention, bariatric management, disability involving the arm/shoulder/hands, and palliative care. Emerging interests include night-time positioning, functional cognition, telehealth, dance and nature therapy.
Outside of work, Manny enjoys wild swimming, growing vegetables & seed-saving, sequence dancing and Tai Chi.
Manuel services adults and children (9-17yrs) in the southern Fleurieu Peninsula region and can converse sufficiently in German.
